30-Day Return Window: Return unused products in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).
How to Return: Contact our support team first for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. We’ll provide instructions and a returns address.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Important: Returns are not accepted on opened or installed fans, used items, or products showing signs of installation/damage. Custom or bulk orders may be subject to restocking fees.

Warranty Air6 extractor fans are built for reliable, whisper-quiet performance in bathrooms, kitchens, and utility spaces. We back every unit with a solid manufacturer’s warranty.
Standard Coverage
2-Year Warranty on all extractor fans (parts & labour in the first year; parts only in the second year).
Extend to 3 Years: Register your product online for free extended coverage.
What’s Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic or light commercial use.
Repair or replacement (at our discretion) to keep your ventilation working perfectly.
What’s Not Covered
Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or failure to follow the user manual.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., filters, brushes if applicable).
Issues from improper electrical supply or environmental conditions outside the product specifications.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact our support team with your order number / proof of purchase, model, and a description of the issue (photos or videos help speed things up).
